I FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT NO COMPLAINT BE MADE THAT DOESNT HAVE A SOLUTION, BECAUSE , QUITE FRANKLY ANY ONE CAN COMPLAIN, BUT NOT EVERYONE CAN COME UP WITH A SOLUTION.

question: what should be done with the ship of asian immigrants.?

answer: they should be shipped back to china and their government should be billed.

why?: there are tons of people trying to get into canada that have just as much right and more as the next person. just because they jump shipand come here doesn mean they should be able stay, what happens when we say yes to everyone.. we will see many many more ships coming in this i guarantee.

Question : Why is it that canada has the slowest speed limit postings in the world. Why do we even have speed limit postings in the first place, when it has been  

                 proven that places like Germany can exist and function normally with out them.

Answer : Because our government has to pay the bill when we get into an accident they dont want to pay so they FORCE you to wear a seat belt, FORCE you

               to go a certain ridiculously slow speed limit. Now if we can agree on that, then ok people who speed should be fined because (supposedly) they are

             higher at risk and get in more accidents. BUT the fines they pay dont go to the medical who have to take care of them or I.C.B.C who has to pay for

            the ridiculously high price for car repair, no this money goes RIGHT INTO THE POCKET of the police, and they go out and by CAMARO CRUISERS,

            and really nice cars. IS THIS RIGHT ?!?!?!?

SOLUTION : The solution lies in one of or a combination of two solutions.

                                "we are all forced to travel at the speed the the dumbest numbskull is deemed to handle"

1. let me ask you a question.. are you the same as you brother ? are you the same as your grampa ? could your grandma play basketball as good as you ? the obvious answer is NO, so if we can agree that we are all to be RESPECTED EQUALLY but are not equal then why are we all placed in the same can. Let me ask you another question..  it is the worst fog you have seen in your life , you can barely see to the front of you car, there is ice all over the road, its snowing and there is a hurricane coming in.. would you drive 90 km/h  on the hightway in these conditions ??? of course not! because you use your intelligence you can reason that traveling at that speed is ridiculous under those conditions. so why can we extend that gift of common sense and let people decide what speed they want to travel.. your grampa may find that he will only travel as fast as 80 km /h tops.. i may deem that i can easily handle 130/km/h on a straight stretch on the hightway. I think that people should be able to apply for increased speed licenses, this is how it would work.. you take a series of tests, go for drives with instructors and if you pass you are awarded with red stickers you put on your license plate that allow  you to speed up to 120 km/h   highway 60/km/h in the city.

2. my second solution lies in making the fast lane on the high way speed limit 130 so if you are in the slow lane you can go 50 if you want.. and if you are in the fast lane you can go 130.
